All objects are handmade by me in my London Studio. My packaging is plastic-free.
Despatch and Shipping times vary by product. Specific despatch and shipping information is in each product's description in the store. If your order is urgent, please email me at email@example.com to discuss. Costs have increased since the pandemic and Brexit. I do not add any Margin on shipping and am always searching for the best rate.
If your package goes missing, I will re-send the order to you if in stock. If the package is returned to me or never arrives due to an incomplete address, unsuccessful delivery attempts, not claimed or collected etc I will ask you to incur the shipping cost again. This is because the small margins on my products etc mean that if I pay shipping AGAIN I will be losing money on the order.
Returns & exchanges
If you are in any way unhappy with your goods you may send them back for an exchange or a full refund, Please contact me before you do.
Goods must be returned within 30 days of dispatch. We ask that you return the goods unused, and pay for return postage. Please contact us before you do.
Unfortunately, I cannot refund or exchange used or customer damaged items (statutory rights not affected) or custom objects. When you return goods, please retain proof of posting from your shipper. Without this we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us.

If your order is to be delivered outside the European Union, it may attract import duty and local sales taxes which customers will need to pay on receipt of the shipment. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you.
